ABOUT ALPHA COMMUNITY FOUNDATION OF OKLAHOMA
Alpha Community Foundation of Oklahoma (ACF) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization founded in 2021 by members of the Beta Eta Lambda alumni chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity. Led by a dedicated volunteer leadership team, ACF’s mission is to empower, uplift, and support communities across Oklahoma.

The foundation focuses on historically underserved neighborhoods, particularly in Northeast Oklahoma City. Its work includes improving health outcomes, expanding educational opportunities, promoting civic engagement, and providing direct services to those in need.

ACF operates the Garden Oaks Community Center in Northeast Oklahoma City. Once a vacant public school, the center has been transformed into a vibrant hub for education, wellness, and community programming. With support from major donors and partners, ACF has raised over $1.5 million to renovate and expand the facility. The center now offers after-school tutoring, mentoring, health and wellness programs, STEM camps, and more for local youth and families.

The foundation collaborates with a wide network of community and corporate partners, including local philanthropies and national organizations such as the Inasmuch Foundation, Kirkpatrick Foundation, and NBA Foundation. Through these partnerships, ACF continues to grow its impact and deliver vital resources to the communities it serves.
